[...] Wesabe, an online app for managing your finances, have added Twitter integration so you can track where your dollars go: “…you’ll be happy to hear you can now add transactions to your Wesabe cash account through Twitter. This is a great way to keep track of you spending on the go — just text Twitter the details, and it will show up automatically in your accounts. Or, use whatever other Twitter client you like.
These days everyone's providing a twitter interface. Way to go Wesabe, and Marc.

Brings me back to a feature I'd seen missing when I first reviewed your Web App: Entering transactions using email. I own a Blackberry for my office email, and a Centro for all personal stuff. Emailing a template formatted transaction to an account will take Wesabe to the next level.

Talk to you soon...

[...] Wesabe, a financial planning/organizational tool now allows you to tweet your Wesabe account, and record notes about transactions. Just bought lunch with a client? Tweet “add to business expense” and you’ll be able to sort it all out later. From best Twitter friend Ben Kunz. [...]

[...] In Wesabe’s blog post introducing this feature they addressed my immediate concerns with privacy. They clearly state that users shouldn’t expect the same level of privacy protection on Twitter as Wesabe provides through their own service. They even go as far as cautioning their users to “use this for not-very-private purchases only“. [...]
